Allocasuarina verticillata dwarf 'Noodles'

Noodles is a low growing form of Allocasuarina verticillata with grey/ green wiry foliage and makes an interesting addition to the garden.

POSITION: Grows in full sun to part shade and is suited to most soil types with good drainage. It occurs naturally in coastal locations and is able to tolerate periods of dry once established.

CARE: Once established Noodles requires very little maintenance. For container plants use a low phosphorus fertiliser. Mulching around the base of the plant will help to conserve moisture.

USES: Noodles is a hardy, low growing shrub and can be used for colour contrast in borders or for the interesting textural foliage this plant creates in the landscape.
