Dampiera linearis 'Cobalt Mound' A small to medium bushy shrub with rich green lightly toothed leaves. Has a multitude of sapphire blue flowers in Spring to early Summer. POSITION: Cobalt Mound prefers full sun to part shade, drained soils. Tolerates frost. Requires occasional summer water. CARE: Requires little maintenance other than the occasional feed with a slow release low phosphorus fertiliser. Mulching around the base will help conserve moisture. Remove spent flower heads. USES: Cobalt Mound is a versatile plant suitable for use in most gardens including, rockeries, borders, tubs and hanging baskets. |
