Darwinia diosmoides 'Native Diosma'

Darwinia diosmoides is a very hardy shrub with grey/green soft foliage and cream to pink flowers occurring in spring/summer, this plant is grown for its highly aromatic leaves.

POSITION: Will grow in full sun to part shade in most well drained soils, including coastal.

CARE: A hardy plant that will benefit from an annual prune and an occasional feed with a slow release, low phosphorus fertiliser. Mulching around the base will help to conserve moisture.

USES: An excellent aromatic hedging plant well suited for planting along pathways where its delicate perfume can be appreciated as plants are lightly brushed.
