Hardenbergia comptoniana Climber 'White Lace' A moderately vigorous climber with deep green foliage and a mass display of stark white flowers in spring. POSITION: Grows best in full sun and part shaded areas, in most well drained soils including coastal. CARE: A hardy climber that requires an annual prune to maintain a lower bushier habit. Will benefit from an occasional feed with a slow release low phosphorus fertilizer. Mulching around the base will help to conserve moisture. USES: White Lace makes an attractive pergola plant with a rapid growth habit and a beautiful display of white flowers. It can also be used to form a picturesque mound in the garden. |
