Leptospermum rotundifolium Prostrate 'Pink Starlight' A low spreading form with attractive, small rounded foliage and masses of pale pink flowers in spring. (syn. 'Julieanne') POSITION: Grows best in full sun and part shaded areas, in most well drained soils including coastal. CARE: A hardy plant that requires an annual prune to maintain a compact growth habit. Will benefit from an occasional feed with a slow release low phosphorus fertilizer. Mulching around the base will help to conserve moisture. USES: Pink Starlight is an excellent groundcover for embankments, rockeries, and under deciduous trees. |
