Myoporum Parvifolium - 'Garden Armour' PBR Garden Armour is a superior form of Myoporum that was originally selected from plants growing along the cliffs of the Murray River South Australia by local bush safari operator and author Rex Ellis. Profuse dainty white star shaped flowers appear early summer. POSITION: Grows best in full sun in open areas and is adaptable to most well drained soils. CONDITIONS: Once established, the natural habit of Garden Armour helps conserve moisture by acting as living mulch and is an excellent weed retardant. USES: This attractive drought tolerant hardy ground cover grows as living mulch, tolerating extremely low rainfall, high temperatures and is the perfect choice to protect and defend your garden and landscape from weeds. Garden Armour's natural habit reduces reflective and radiant heat. Plant Breeder: Darren Wallace would like to dedicate this plant to Rex Ellis www.bushsafari.com.au a percentage of the revenue from the sale of this plant will go to Birds Australia who conserve and help the study of native birds and their habitats.
